When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 21, 2026. If you haven’t already, navigate to the “RSVP” page on our site and submit the form to do so.

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Your invitation will indicate if you have been granted additional guests. Spaces are limited and we’re only able to accommodate guests we have accounted for.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony begins at 6:00pm. Make sure to arrive to the amphitheater no later than 5:45 to ensure you do not cause any interruptions or delays.

Is it okay to post wedding photos on social media?

Yes! However, we ask that you refrain from using your phone/taking photos during the ceremony so that you can be as present as possible.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception are taking place at The Retreat at Balcones Springs (104 Balcones Springs Dr, Marble Falls, TX 78654). The property has multiple venues on site where events will take place. Reference the schedule page for more details.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, guests will be notified with ample time and an alternate, indoor venue on the property will be utilized.

Is there a hotel room block?

The Retreat at Balcones Springs has 45 cabins on site to accommodate our guests! Room rates range from $125 - $175 per person/night and include meals, as well as access to The Retreat’s amenities (details here). If you elect to not stay on site, we recommend staying in Marble Falls to remain in proximity to the venue.

Do I have to share a cabin?

We will only pair people who know each other very well. If you are not comfortable sharing a cabin, we understand! If you’re interested in staying on site, but do not wish to share a cabin, we will try our best to accommodate you but you may have to stay off-site so that we can accommodate as many guests as we can.

Is there transportation or parking?

The Retreat has plenty of parking available on site. We recommend that you be prepared to drive as Uber/Lyft may not be reliable methods of transportation.

What's the best airport to use?

The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is the nearest airport to the retreat. The Retreat at Balcones Springs is about an hour commute from the airport.

What type of food will be served?

A buffet-style dinner will be served. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know on the RSVP form.

Will there be an open bar?

During the Welcome Dinner, on May 8th, there will be a cash bar. During the Cocktail Hour and Wedding Reception, on May 9th, there will be an open bar.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. Please contact Andy or Sam if you are interested in bringing your dog so that appropriate accommodations can be made.
